2007 Student Scholarships

It’s never too early to be thinking about this year’s annual conference and never too early for your outstanding student workers to jump-start their careers! Please consider giving them an outstanding opportunity through the 2007 Student Scholarship program, an important feature of the 2007 CASE I and II Joint Conference, A Meeting of the Minds, in New York City February 10-13, 2007.

Nominations of current undergraduate students are being accepted until *Friday, December 15th, 2006.*

The scholarship program is an excellent opportunity to present all aspects of the profession to students who are ideal candidates for careers in higher education advancement. Because of the joint conference this year, scholarships will be awarded to 6 full-time students from CASE II and cover all conference related meals, events and hotel accommodations. Institutions endorsing scholarship recipients are asked to fund a reduced student conference registration fee ($125), transportation to and from New York City and some meals.

Scholarship winners will attend all New Professionals and special events, which is designed to provide a broad overview of the advancement profession and networking opportunities - including the newcomers and students pre-conference workshop on February 10-11.

Remember, the deadline for completed application packets (directions are on the nomination form) is *Friday, December 15th, 2006.*
