Exhibit Hall Details

Important Dates

  • November 30, 2006:  All exhibitor registrations must be received via our online registration form.  Registration must include payment.  Exhibitor spaces will sell quickly.  We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your participation.
  •  By December 20, 2006:  All registered and paid exhibitors will receive a diagram of the exhibit hall and their booth space.  Booths will be assigned following the registration deadline.

2007 Exhibit Hall Features Include:

  • Opening Reception held in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday afternoon
  • Winner’s Circle Raffle for participants who visit a specific number of booths during the conference
  • Annual Meetings for both Districts will be held in the Exhibit Hall, as well as the Monday keynote speaker presentation
  • Cyber Café or wireless access will be located in the Exhibit Hall
  • Literature Exchange and Awards Display in the Exhibit Hall or Exhibit Hall Foyer
  • Monday and Tuesday Continental breakfast served in the Exhibit Hall
  • Monday lunch served in the Exhibit Hall
  • All breaks served in the Exhibit Hall

Exhibitors will receive the following benefits

  • A complete electronic mailing list of conference registrants following the conference in Excel format (Per CASE policy, email addresses are considered private and are not distributed)
  • Registration for two company representatives (additional reps. are $300 per person)
  • Booth and nametag identification as a conference exhibitor
  • Inclusion of a company profile in the conference book
    (Deadline for submission: December 15, 2006)
  • Invitation to the Monday evening Cocktail Reception
  • On-site exhibitor concierge to provide special assistance
  • Booth consisting of:
    • 8’ high backwall and 3’ high side drape
    • 7” x 44” one-line ID sign
    • (1) 6’ draped table
    • (2) side chairs
    • (1) wastebasket
    • Once you have registered, Freeman Expo Services will contact you to discuss any additional needs you may have.
  • Exhibit Hall is fully carpeted
  • Your commitment as an exhibitor requires you to stay until the exhibit hall closes at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 13, 2007.  The CASE I & II Conference Committee reserves the right to decline your registration next year if you break down early.

Exhibitor Passport/Raffle Drawing

This year’s conference will feature an organized, exhibit hall raffle.  We would like each exhibitor to bring an item to contribute to the raffle.  In their registration packets, conference attendees will receive passports which will need to be signed by at least 20 exhibitors and in specific areas of the exhibit hall.  This will encourage attendees to visit various areas of the hall.  Please make sure to indicate your raffle prize on the registration form so that we may properly advertise.
