Registration is complete when the registration fee is paid in full. Credit cards are encouraged, with Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Checks made payable to "CASE DI and DII 2007 Conference" are welcomed, both personal and institutional.
Sorry, no purchase orders or direct billing will be accepted for registration. Confirmation of registration will be emailed or faxed within seven business days of receipt of registration. Full conference fees include opening reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday evening, breakfast and lunch on Monday, and breakfast on Tuesday. Due to budgetary considerations, it is not possible to waive registration fees for program presenters. All presenters will be expected to register and pay the appropriate conference registration fees.
The 2007 District I & District II CASE Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded, less a USD$100 handling fee, if CASE District I & District II receives notification of cancellation by fax (330-963-0319), or email (meetingoftheminds@experient-inc.com) by Friday, January 26, 2007. No refunds will be made after January 26, 2007. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds due to illness or inclement weather.
